The Disaster Vulnerability Reduction Project (DVRP) aims to reduce disaster vulnerability and increase long-term climate resilience in Saint Lucia by addressing the multi-faceted risk associated with hydro-meteorological events. The DVRP also finances the reconstruction activities that are to be implemented to rectify the damages caused by Hurricane Tomas and the December 2013 floods.
