Designer and Artist, Ksean will be unveiling a collection of new, stunning designs made for Bayou Bacchanal 2023 in New Orleans after the unveiling of his empowering designs moving in motion on the road for Dallas Carnival in September. Details and the portal for Bayou Bacchanal parade registration has not opened yet. The registration fee for solo and group participation is $50.
