Excitement is in the air as we prepare for our spectacular carnival, and we’re looking for amazing vendors to join the fun! 

If you have unique products, delicious food, or exciting attractions to offer, we want to hear from you! This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your business and be part of an unforgettable event. Complete the application below and select your vendor package below.

Vendor Rules


  • All vendors must supply their own tables, chairs, fireproof tents, electrical extension cords, sterno cans, lighters, trash

    bags and signage.

  • You must have a hand wash station. A five-gallon container with a tap/spout, hand wash soap, paper towel, and a

    five-gallon bucket as a catch basin.

  • Do not dump oil or grease on park grounds, soil, or flowers. Please have a container to empty all old oil and grease

    for proper disposure. No dumping of charcoal dust either.

  • Do not start any fires until the fire marshal arrives.

    There must be an ABC fire extinguisher (restaurant type) displayed in every booth. Make sure tag is current.

  • There will be no smoking allowed in the food area.

  • Vendor space will be 10 X 10. You must obtain a vendor’s permit from the City of New Orleans ($50), and it must be displayed in

    your booth. Rain or shine no refunds.

  • Set up time 10:00 a.m., (two hours). Break down time 6:30 p.m.

  • Make sure you have enough change, and please be on time.


The deadline for payment is September 27, 2024.
