It is an honor and a privilege to welcome our four man delegation from St.Lucia to New Orleans during the weekend of BAYOU BACCHANAL.

The delegation consist of Honorable Dr. Ernest Hilaire, Deputy Prime Minister, responsible for Tourism, Investment, Culture and Information.

Mr. Darrel Montrope, Consul General,
Mr. Thaddeus Antoine, Chairman of the St. Lucia Tourist Authority, and Mr. Dexter Percil, Chief Marketing Officer of the St. Lucia Tourism Authority. They are in New Orleans to meet with key City Officials, support Bayou Bacchanal, and to celebrate our gold medalist, Ms. Julien Alfred.

Anyone wishing to meet and greet the delegation they will be in attendance at the Wear White Dance, Nov. 1- Doors Open @11pm.
